Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL carriers. You may identify on your order the preferred method of transportation. Tracking information is supplied once your order ships. It is customers responsibility to track and monitor your package in transit. It is also customers responsibility to notify us if a tracking number is not received within five business days of order placement. Once the package is delivered to the address you provided the package becomes the responsibility of customer. Basis for delivery is carrier records which reflect date and time of delivery. Once your products are delivered, you assume all responsibility for them, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. We recommend you have your packages delivered to a location where someone will be available for delivery.
Hazmat Packages: We can ship up to 48 lbs of different powder and primers under one hazmat fee to save you money. UPS and FedEx charge $12.95 Per Package on Hazardous Materials. Powder and Primers are Hazardous.
FedEx requires a signature on all hazardous material packages and will not allow the packages to be redirected to an alternate address.
UPS may require a signature when delivering your package.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the package when delivered and the package is returned to 209 primers ammo shop, customer is responsible for all charges related to the return.
Bullets, brass, media, equipment and other non incendiary devices are not considered hazmat. We will ship via the best method to save you money. To Activate Free Shipping, Your order must be above $200
to States like Alaska and Hawaii freight charges will be reviewed prior to shipping. If there are any service requirements mandating additional shipping charges customers will be notified in advance of shipping. Taxes are an estimate and are subject to change based on jurisdiction. You will be contacted prior to shipping if there are any freight differences due to location, package weight, etc.
RETURN AND REFUNDABLE POLICY
Customer service is a priority at Bulk Guns & Ammo. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order. All products are brand new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery of your order.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Motor City Gun Shop. Please contact us to process a return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns on ammunition or firearms.
Return Requirements:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned, refused, undelivered, or abandoned items.
- We DO NOT accept returns on firearms, ammunition, or any hygienic products – this includes earplugs.
- All returns must be received as they were when they shipped from 209 primers ammo shop; new and in the original packaging. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping return costs.
- Any shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the receipt that accompanied your order. Please DO NOT place any labels, write on, or attempt to ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.
